How It Works:

Eligibility:

  1. Open to all confirmed employees of RAC IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and RAC Infra Rental LLP.
  2. Excludes Branch Managers, Managers, Heads of Departments for the recruited position, and HR & Admin Department staff.
  3. Not applicable to employees in the probation period, interns, consultants, freelancers, and retainers. Referring employees must not be in their notice period.

Referral Bonus Payment:

  • Performance Check: HR will evaluate the referred employee’s performance during the probation period.
  • Bonus Release: If satisfactory, referral bonuses are released. If not, bonuses are paid after confirmation.
  • Continuous Employment: The referring employee must be in employment throughout the evaluation period.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Valid for permanent positions only.
  • Referring employees must not be involved in the selection process.
  • No referrals from RAC clients or partner organizations.
  • The referred candidate must not have been an RAC employee previously.
  • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed by RAC Group at the time of payment.
  • Non-compliance with the referral process or terms and conditions may result in invalid referral and non-payment of referral fees.
  • The company reserves the right to amend the policy as needed.
